The Change of Address Service is to provide a ONE-STOP online service for you to submit change-of-address notices (including provision and change of E-contact Means for the Transport Department) to various government departments and non-governmental organisations. The corresponding terms and conditions (including the Personal Information Collection Statement and Access and Correction of personal information) from the departments / organisations apply.
