Retrieve Acknowledgement

1. In Change of Address Home page:

  • Read and agree the “Terms & Conditions” by ticking the checkbox.
  • Input the correct image or sound captcha (if applicable).
  • Click “Retrieve Acknowledgement” to retrieve application acknowledgement.

2a. For “iAM Smart” user:

  • Select the option <Use “iAM Smart”>.
  • Click “Continue” to retrieve your acknowledgement(s).

2b. For other user:

  • Select the option “Application Particulars”.
  • Input the required information based on your submitted application.
  • Click “Continue” to retrieve your acknowledgement.
