1. In Change of Address Home page:
- Read and agree the “Terms & Conditions” by ticking the checkbox.
- Input the correct image or sound captcha (if applicable).
- Click “Edit Draft” to retrieve or delete a saved draft.
2a. For “iAM Smart” user:
- Select the option <Use “iAM Smart”>.
- Click “Retrieve” to retrieve your draft, or click “Delete” to delete your draft.
2b. For other user:
- Select the option “Application Particulars and Password”.
- Input the required information based on your saved draft.
- Input the password of your saved draft.
- Click “Retrieve” to retrieve your draft, or click “Delete” to delete your draft.
