1. In Change of Address Home page:
- Read and agree the “Terms & Conditions” by ticking the checkbox.
- Input the correct image or sound captcha (if applicable).
- Click “Start” to begin an application.
2. In Step 1 – Select Type of Application:
- Input “Type of Application”.
- Tick <Use “iAM Smart”> if you would like to use your “iAM Smart” account during your application (if applicable).
- Input “Type of Change”.
- Click “Continue” to proceed.
3. In Step 2 – Select Service(s) to Notify:
- Select the service(s) you want to change the address for.
- Some services require you to further provide authentication information (e.g. digital certificate or TIN and eTAX password) in Step 3. Please refer to FAQs for details.
- Click “Continue” to proceed.
4. In Step 3 – Enter Authentication Details (This step is applicable to certain service(s) only):
- Provide the required authentication information (e.g. digital certificate or TIN and eTAX password).
- Click “Continue” to proceed.
5. In Step 4 – Enter Personal / Company Details:
- For “iAM Smart” user, “iAM Smart” “e-ME” profile data has been filled in for you.
- Input “Personal Information”.
- Input “Contact Information”.
- Input your address information.
- Click “Continue” to proceed.
6. In Step 5 – Enter Specific Information:
- Input the information required by individual service.
- Click “Continue” to proceed.
7. In Step 6 – Confirm Input:
- Verify your inputted information. If needed, you can click “Back” to go back to previous steps to amend.
- If you have selected a service requiring digital signing, you are required to provide your digital certificate password, or use your “iAM Smart+” account to complete the digital signing (if applicable).
- Click “Confirm & Submit” or “Sign & Submit” (if applicable) to submit the application.
8. In Step 7 – Receive Acknowledgement:
- Your application is submitted and system will provide a reference number.
- You can click “Save” to keep a copy of the acknowledgement page for future reference.
